Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return period within which we can replace items returned. The following terms and conditions apply.

• Item(s) must be returned brand new, unused, with all designer tags still attached
• Returned items that are damaged, spoiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
• All items must be returned within 7days upon receipt excluding wedding dresses (must be returned within 3days upon receipt)
• Buyers will bear their own shipping cost on all returned items. The delivery cost will not be refunded.
